Managing Your Account & Email Preferences
Here's how to manage your SocialSelf account settings, email preferences, and personal information.
Updating Your Account Details
- Log in at courses.socialself.com/my-account/
- Click "My Account"
- Select "Account Details"
- Update your name, email, or other details
- Click "Save Changes"
You'll receive an email to verify any changes to your email address.
Changing Your Display Name
To change the name shown on your profile or in course comments, follow the account details steps above and update your first name and/or display name.
Managing Email Notifications
To unsubscribe from marketing emails: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email from SocialSelf. You'll be automatically removed from our mailing list.
To manage which emails you receive: Use the email preferences link at the bottom of our emails to choose which types of messages you'd like to keep receiving.
Note: Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you may still receive important transactional emails related to your account or course purchases.
Deleting Your Account
If you'd like to delete your account and personal data, please contact our support team with your request. We'll process your data deletion request in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your access to all purchased courses.
I'm Getting Emails With the Wrong Name
If our emails address you by the wrong name, please let us know and tell us how you'd like to be addressed. We'll update your profile right away.
