How to Switch or Exchange a Course

Purchased a course but realized a different one might be a better fit? No worries — we're happy to help you switch.

How to Request a Course Switch

To switch your current course for a different one, simply contact our support team and include:

  • The email address you used to purchase
  • The course you currently have
  • The course you'd like to switch to

Our team will take care of the rest. We'll remove the old course from your account and add the new one.

What You Should Know

  • Same-price switches — If the new course is the same price (or less), the switch is straightforward and at no extra cost.
  • Upgrading to a higher-priced course — If the course you want costs more, we can help you upgrade. You'll only pay the difference.
  • Switch timing — Switches are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Your progress — Please note that progress in your previous course won't carry over, as each course has different content and structure.
