Getting a New Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these simple steps to get back into your account.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the password reset page: courses.socialself.com/my-account/lost-password/
  2. Enter the email address you used when you purchased your course.
  3. Click "Reset Password".
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from SocialSelf. (This may take a minute or two.)
  5. Click the link in the email and choose a new password.
  6. Log in with your new password at courses.socialself.com/my-account/

That's it — you're back in!


I Didn't Receive the Reset Email

  • Check your Spam or Promotions folder. Password reset emails sometimes get filtered there.
  • Make sure you're using the right email. The reset will only work with the email address you originally purchased with. If you're unsure which email that was, check your purchase confirmation from SocialSelf or your bank/credit card statement.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again. Occasionally there's a short delay in email delivery.

My Reset Link Isn't Working

  • Reset links expire after a period of time. If your link has expired, simply go back to the password reset page and request a new one.
  • Make sure you're clicking the most recent reset link if you requested multiple resets.

I Still Can't Get In

If you've tried the steps above and are still having trouble, don't worry — we're here to help! Please contact our support team and include:

  • The email address you used to purchase
  • A description of what happens when you try to reset (any error messages, etc.)
