Our Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your course, you can request a full refund within the guarantee period from your initial purchase date. The guarantee period is listed on each course's sales page.

Important: The guarantee period starts from the date of your first payment, not from each individual split payment. For example, if you purchased on January 1st on a split payment plan, the guarantee period runs from January 1st — not from later payment dates.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account at courses.socialself.com/my-account/
  2. Click on "My Account"
  3. Click on "Orders"
  4. Click on "Refund"

Alternatively, you can contact our support team with your order details and we'll process it for you.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Once we process the refund on our end, your bank or card company may take additional time to make the funds available.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us with your order details and we'll look into it.

Split Payment Refunds

If you're on a split payment plan and request a refund within the guarantee period:

  • All remaining future payments will be cancelled
  • Payments already made will be refunded
  • Course access will be removed once the refund is processed

What If the Guarantee Period Has Passed?

If you're outside the guarantee period but unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to support anyway. We may be able to offer alternatives like switching to a different course that better fits your needs.
